Prices
The indefinite usage of the villa is included in the rent.
Coversheets and towels will be replaced regularly.
During the day staff will be present at the villa.
Not included in the rent and thus extra to pay during your stay:
- breakfast, lunch and dinner, (see our menu card on the spot)
- beer, wine and soft drinks, (see our card on the spot)
- car with driver for trips,
- Balinese massage,
- washing and ironing of personal clothes,
- diving,
- fishing,
- golfing,
- private parties with traditional Balinese dancing and music,
- transportation from and to the airport 600 000 Rp (ca 50 euro)

High season from 01/07 until 01/09 and from 15/12 until 15/01:
169 euro per day for 2 persons.
For each extra person: 15 euro per day.
Low season from 16/01 until 30/06 and from 01/09 until 14/12:
149 euro per dag for 2 persons.
For each extra person: 15 euro per day.
The prices include 11% government tax, as well as electricity consumption..
Maximum 8 people for 2 bedrooms with king-size beds and 2 bedrooms with separate beds. All rooms have a separate bathroom. An extra sofa bed for 2 people is possible.
Children up to 6 years can stay in parent’s bedroom.
For a long stay, do not hesitate to ask about our special conditions.
Advance payment: 30% at charge.
After we have received the payment you will receive a confirmation.
The remaining amount must be paid at the latest 4 weeks before your arrival in Villa Mimpi.
If the payment is not received, the reservation will be cancelled, but the advanced payment will not be reimbursed.
Deposit, guaranty: 300 euros to be paid upon check-in at the villa, refunded after departure if no damage.
Use of the villa is at your own risk, and you are responsible for obtaining the necessary insurance. As the owner, we are not responsible for any accidents or damage.
